Man: “Miss that dish looks great!”
Me: Yes, thank you . God seasoned this one!
As I sit alone on a soft cedar stained wooden chair awaiting the server to finish placing my plate and drink on the table, I couldn’t help but admire the delectable aroma coming from the food. Not one ingredient more dominant than another but rather the perfect fusion of flavors together.
Chewy with a hint of crunch in every boldly flavored shrimp layered in a light lemon garlic sauce. Accompanied by moist white rice that has surely been cooked with a light olive oil-butter combination. Alongside soft black beans and house salad seasoned just enough not to over power the star of the plate but to compliment it well.
